Ceiling Cat vs Jesus

  1. Jesus = Ceiling Cat;
  2. Many instances of "God" in the Bible can be correctly substituted with "Jesus"; but
  3. These verses are not one of those times.

After all, Paul, along with the other orthodox Jews of the day, worshiped Ceiling Cat. He thought he was doing the will of Ceiling Cat. Switching the text from "I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting" to "I am Ceiling Cat, whom you are persecuting" makes things horribly confusing. It makes it seem as though Paul doesn't even know about Ceiling Cat. I think it would be best to switch to Jesus (Jebus? whatever you use around here) for these verses. However, I wanted to put this up as a note instead of doing it myself because I don't want it to seem as though I'm trying to differentiate the two for some other reason (e.g., Arian heresy of "Jesus is not God" or anything).
